Paraguay is the most overlooked growth market in Latin America today. Full stop.
…and the only reason that’s still true is because people simply have no idea what’s really happening here.
If the mainstream media were even halfway paying attention and if the headlines reflected what we’re seeing on the ground, the opportunity to live, invest, or even just secure residency in Paraguay would already be priced out for most people.
But it’s not.
And that’s the window of time we’re operating within here.
But I must be crystal clear and let you know that things are ticking up, and the window to be “early” gets smaller with every passing day.
Both private and institutional capital have taken note of the fact that Paraguay is at the beginning of a major growth wave and have been funding large-scale infrastructure projects at an impressive clip.
Governments and economic agencies are looking to Paraguay for increased trade alliances as Paraguay holds the keys to a variety of globally in-demand resources.
Even the Paraguayan government (one of the most pro-business in the entire world) is stepping up in a big way to unlock the full geographic and natural-resource potential of this small but mighty country.
All in all, Paraguay has the economic fundamentals that should make it the envy of even the most powerful countries…
…but what’s most impressive is that, unlike most countries, rather than being bogged down by bureaucratic BS, Paraguay is quickly and efficiently maximizing its unique advantages.
The government has already outlined its path to doubling GDP by 2035, and from everything I’ve seen on paper and in person, they’re well on their way to making this a reality.
(Remember, the GDP has already doubled once since 2003, and I expect this to happen again, especially given the demographics that make up present-day Paraguay.)
